Accessibility statement
What we have done to make this site accessible, what we know is still missing, and how to report a barrier.
1. Our commitment
We want this website to be usable by as many people as possible, including people using screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, magnification or reduced-motion settings. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.
2. What we have done
- Semantic HTML throughout, with a single logical heading order per page, so a screen reader can navigate by structure.
- A skip link to the main content, and a visible focus indicator on every interactive element.
- Full keyboard operation, including the cookie preference dialog, which traps focus and closes on Escape.
- Text and background colours chosen to meet AA contrast ratios.
- Text that reflows to a single column on small screens and remains readable when zoomed to 200%.
- Respect for the operating system’s reduced-motion preference — animation and smooth scrolling are disabled when it is set.
- No content that flashes, auto-plays or moves without the visitor starting it.
- Wide tables scroll inside their own container rather than forcing the whole page sideways.
3. What we know is not yet right
An accessibility statement that claims everything is perfect is not credible. These are the gaps we are aware of:
- We have not yet completed a full independent audit against WCAG 2.2 AA. Our assessment is a self-assessment.
- We have not yet tested with every combination of assistive technology and browser. Testing so far covers recent versions of the major browsers with the screen readers built into Windows and macOS.
- This statement covers the public website. The signed-in client application has not yet been assessed to the same standard, and we expect to find issues there.
4. Telling us about a problem
If something on this site is difficult or impossible for you to use, please tell us at support@mediapoint.ai. Describe what you were trying to do, the page you were on, and the assistive technology or settings you use if that is relevant.
We aim to reply within five business days, and we will tell you what we can fix and by when. If you need information from this site in another format, ask and we will provide it.
